The role supports the university’s computing environment by resolving hardware, software, and account-related issues, assisting with device setup, and supporting IT operations within the Black Pod support area.
You will resolve login issues, assist with imaging, handle support tickets, document work in Team Dynamix, and assist ITCS staff
