A rapidly growing recycling and sustainability company is seeking a MRF General Manager in Greenville, NC. The General Manager role oversees daily business operations and ensures productivity within the RDS team and facility. The position requires strong leadership, decision‑making, and organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining production quality, safety compliance, and efficient resource allocation.
Responsibilities- Hire, train, and manage staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and manage budgets and P&L statements.
- Enforce safety and operational procedures across the facility.
- Optimize processes, maintenance, logistics, and environmental compliance.
- Maintain communication with corporate offices and stakeholders.
- Proven managerial experience with team‑building abilities.
- Knowledge of business principles and technologies such as GSuite, O365, and Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and decision‑making skills.
- Commitment to safety protocols and PPE usage.
80,000 – 100,000 USD per year.
