Job Description
ECU Department of Engineering is currently seeking a Student Communications & Content Assistant.
Responsibilities- Creating, editing, and posting content for department social media and digital communications
- Assisting with photography, short‑form video, and graphic content
- Drafting posts, captions, and brief articles to highlight people, projects, and events
- Supporting special initiatives, campaigns, and event promotion
Expected commitment is 10–15 hours per week.
Compensation- Starting pay: $12 per hour
- Up to $15 per hour for highly qualified candidates
Open to students in ANY MAJOR. Must have:
- Strong written communication skills
- Interest in communications, marketing, digital media, or storytelling
- Preferred candidates will have demonstrated experience in communications, marketing, social media, graphic design, photography, or related areas
