Job Summary- Day‑to‑day supervision and coordination of service provision for the clinical area.
- Assist with overall operations for the practice location.
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and workflows within the cardiac surgery service line.
- Support overall operations, including staffing, scheduling, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with all professional, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Associate degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina, temporary North Carolina licensure, or meet requirements to hold RN licensure.
- RN licensure in a compact state is acceptable.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience or related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full‑time position (40 hours/week).
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. - No nights, weekends, or on‑call duties.
