Our Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. We provide personalized coaching, simulation labs, and clinical support to help you build confidence and skills.

• Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program

Graduated pay scale from $23-25 per hour throughout the residency program.
