• Staffing ratios: 1:4 or 1:5 RN to patient
• Primary population:
  Postoperative cardiac, thoracic and vascular patients

• Diploma in Nursing, Associate in Nursing, or higher (Bachelor's preferred).
• Greater than 1 year of nursing experience required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.

• Base pay: up to $63/hour.
• 1.5x base hourly rate for overtime (over 40 hours) and holiday pay.
• Additional $3.00/hour for stand‑by pay and $2.00/hour for charge/preceptor pay.
