Job Description & Requirements- Specialty:
Cardiac Stepdown - Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours:
36 per week (12‑hour shifts) - Employment Type:
Travel
- 24‑bed monitored flex unit
- Staffing ratios: 1:4 or 1:5 RN to patient
- Primary population:
Postoperative cardiac, thoracic and vascular patients
- Diploma in Nursing, Associate in Nursing, or higher (Bachelor's preferred).
- Greater than 1 year of nursing experience required.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required.
- Base pay: up to $63/hour.
- 1.5x base hourly rate for overtime (over 40 hours) and holiday pay.
- Additional $3.00/hour for stand‑by pay and $2.00/hour for charge/preceptor pay.
