The six-story, 375,000-square-foot tower houses clinical space, diagnostic services and cardiovascular operating rooms, including a hybrid operating room.

ECU Health Physicians and the East Carolina Heart Institute at ECU Health Medical Center, located in Greenville, North Carolina, are seeking
** an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
** to join their cardiology hospitalist service. Two years of inpatient experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required.

* Privileges at ECU Health Medical Center, a 974-bed level 1 trauma center
* Established hospitalist team consisting of 46 physicians and 25 Advanced Practice Providers
* 7on/7off schedule, 6pm-6am
* Clinical responsibilities include admissions, discharges, consults and coordination of patient and family care needs
* Serves as the primary point of contact for the cardiology service at night
* Ability to work independently with limited physician supervision
* ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association are required
