Signature HealthCARE of Kinston is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents on a 7am–7pm day shift. You will administer medications, assist with ADLs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain comfort, dignity, and safety.
This role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus, increased wages, and a comprehensive benefits package. A current NC LPN/LVN license is required, with CPR/BLS preferred, plus experience in long-term care and supervisory work is a plus.
