Process Quality Control Team Leader

Responsible for quality control of module products, product inspection and abnormality handling, ensure that the product quality objectives are effectively achieved.

• Develop the team’s work plan and objectives based on the company’s overall plans and objectives and ensure the implementation of the team’s work plan and achievement of the objectives.
• Prepare product inspection standards and procedures based on product process standards, and ensure inspection is carried out according to the standards and procedures.
• Responsible for the organization of IPQC and FQC with strict quality control.
• Organize evaluation of defective products, and follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
• Responsible for the handling, coordination, follow‑up and resolution of customer complaints on product quality.
• Supervise the implementation of process technology documents and product quality data statistics and analysis.
• Complete all the tasks temporarily assigned.

• Associate Degree or above

• Minimum 3 year of related experience in quality control in manufacturing plants.

• Professional knowhow in comprehensive quality management.
