Kitchen Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our team in Greenville, NC. As the KM, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and efficiency. You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and front of house team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the kitchen and customer experience.

You will also be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned by your General Manager.

$55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Lead and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Develop and maintain food preparation processes and standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with Restaurant General Manager and front-of-house team to coordinate operations and enhance guest experience
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as directed by the General Manager

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Strong leadership and managerial skills; ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and appliances; familiarity with inventory management systems
