Join a Stable, People-First Restaurant Group with Growth PotentialWe’re seeking a strong Kitchen Manager to lead BOH operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with a guaranteed bonus structure and a supportive, team-driven culture.

- 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience (Sous Chef, KM, or equivalent)
- Strong grasp of BOH operations and kitchen systems
- Reliable, organized, and team-focused
- Someone who leads by example and cares about people
