Sales Growth Leader

Sales Growth Leader primary responsibilities: drive revenue by leading the sales team, developing strategies, and implementing data-driven growth initiatives across sales, marketing, and product, focusing on new business. You are responsible for introducing our products and services to key decision makers to find a fit. Must be comfortable closing the deal and asking for the sale.

- Team Leadership – coach and mentor sales reps
- Align sales with tech teams to deliver cohesive solutions
- Develop and cultivate company-provided leads through the entire sales cycle (from qualifying, negotiating to closing)
- Articulate our IT services, benefits, and processes to potential clients over phone, video, and sometimes in person
- Generate and present proposals for IT services.
- Position yourself to understand the marketing needs of a small business
- Meet monthly sales targets according to sales plan
- Participate in weekly IT sales meetings and articulate market feedback to senior executives
- Contribute positively to the company's winning team culture
- Eager and ready to work, hardworking sales professionals
- 3+ years of sales related experience (preferably selling IT products or service agreements)
- 3+ years of sales experience with IT and network technology solutions
- Experience with selling IT Managed Service Agreements
- Ability to effectively utilize a computer (including but not limited to all Microsoft Apps)
- Firm understanding of IT Technologies and solutions
- Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and work ethic
- Ability to build rapport and present to C-Level executives
- A competitive team player who will do what it takes to win
