Home Health Account Executive at Center Well Home Health
OverviewJoin Center Well Home Health to promote high‑quality home‑care services across a vibrant community. As a key sales leader, you will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers to expand our home‑health referral network.
Responsibilities- Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home‑care services.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare business plans and maintain target lists.
- Gather and organize account‑related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing.
- Previous health care sales experience (e.g., selling in skilled nursing facilities, DME, ortho, cardio, infusion, imaging, laboratory). Preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a health‑related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy). Preferred.
- Excellent selling, organization, problem‑solving skills and the ability to represent the company service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
Base pay range: $58,700 – $78,500 per year. Position eligible for a commission incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
