, NC is hiring experienced, full‑time Lead HVAC Installation Technicians to provide field leadership and technical support for residential change‑outs and light‑commercial HVAC projects.

• Leadership experience as a foreman, supervisor, or superintendent on light commercial/residential HVAC projects
• In-depth knowledge of light commercial/residential HVAC systems
• Able to interpret drawings and plans
• Safety‑mindful with an understanding of OSHA safety regulations
