• Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs
• Write code that adheres to coding standards and perform code reviews
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies and assist in sprint planning

• Mentor other associate software engineers as needed

• Must be a US citizen due to contractual/access requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, and JSON

• 3+ years of experience with Workday integration tools and technologies
• Knowledge of XSLT for transforming data within Workday Studio
• Experience with Informatica Power Center for data integration and ETL processes
• Familiarity with API design, development, and management
• Experience with Groovy scripting and Java programming
