• Supervise and manage intramural sports programs and games.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate sports officials and scorekeepers.
• Ensure the safety and fair play of all participants.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of sports equipment and facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants and spectators.
• Promote CRW sports programs and encourage student participation.
• Travel to and from off‑site activities in CRW vehicles while adhering to all applicable University policies/procedures.
• Ensure safety through proper First Aid, CPR, and EAP training.
• Check‑in teams and ensure waivers/forms are completed before each contest.
• Work nights and weekends to include at least two shifts per calendar week.
• Perform hourly activity level counts at various CRW facilities.

• Kinesiology
• Recreation and Park Management
• Sports Management
• Exercise Physiology
• Minimum GPA: 2.0

• Experience in sports or officiating preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of sports rules and regulations (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certification required. Blood‑borne pathogens training within the past year is required (CRW does offer certification classes to all employees if not previously certified)
