Responsibilities- Supervise and manage intramural sports programs and games.
- Train, schedule, and evaluate sports officials and scorekeepers.
- Ensure the safety and fair play of all participants.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of sports equipment and facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service to participants and spectators.
- Promote CRW sports programs and encourage student participation.
- Travel to and from off‑site activities in CRW vehicles while adhering to all applicable University policies/procedures.
- Ensure safety through proper First Aid, CPR, and EAP training.
- Check‑in teams and ensure waivers/forms are completed before each contest.
- Work nights and weekends to include at least two shifts per calendar week.
- Perform hourly activity level counts at various CRW facilities.

- Exercise Physiology
- Minimum GPA: 2.0
- Experience in sports or officiating preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sports rules and regulations (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification required. Blood‑borne pathogens training within the past year is required (CRW does offer certification classes to all employees if not previously certified)
