Position Summary: The Commercial Loan Processor is responsible for inputting and verifying loan information submitted by Loan Originators using the Loan Origination System (Abrigo/Laser Pro). This role involves compiling, reviewing, and validating all necessary documentation for accuracy, including appraisals, flood certifications, underwriting materials, and title examinations. The processor also prepares closing documents and enters finalized loans into the bank's Core system.

Regular communication with Loan Originators, appraisers, attorneys, realtors, insurance agents, and contractors is essential. Additionally, the processor manages the servicing of completed commercial loans.

Essential Job Functions:

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Loan Origination System (Abrigo/Laser Pro)
• Review submitted loan applications to fully understand the terms of each transaction
• Participate in weekly meetings with the commercial loan team to oversee the current loan pipeline
• Request flood determinations when applicable
• Order appraisals and handle ledger account deposits associated with them
• Deliver finalized appraisals to Loan Originators
• Request title exams and loan payoffs
• Examine title opinions and report issues such as liens, unpaid taxes, or title defects to the Loan Originator
