Base pay is in a range determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates may participate in the company’s 401(k) program but are not benefits eligible.

• Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) works with community management to provide seniors with personalized care and gives resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required and certification must be maintained.

• State CNA/STNA certification (Ohio STNA) or equivalent required.
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a community setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
