MRI Technologist – Days | 1st Shift (07:30–16:00, Mon–Fri) Schedule & Expectations
Shift: 1st shift, 07:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday Block scheduling:
Not available Due to the small size of the facility and department, the scheduled hours must be followed for full coverage. Call: MRI staff do not take formal call Techs may be asked to perform critical exams after hours or on weekends, depending on availability These situations are rare and at the technologist’s discretion
Required Qualifications Active MRI License/Registry CPR / BLS (AHA) certification Experience working independently / able to work solo Experience on a GE MRI scanning system preferred Experience & Duties Ability to work independently in a small, high-functioning department Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures Provide safe, high-quality MRI imaging following all department policies Demonstrate excellent communication, patient care, and critical thinking skills Systems & Equipment MRI Scanner: GE (experience preferred) EMR:

Philips Radiologist Group:
Kettering Network Radiologists, Inc. Agency tech will receive additional PACS integration training due to the multi-platform setup Facility Notes Small, collaborative imaging department Technologists must be able to function autonomously Additional cross-platform PACS training provided during onboarding
