The owner forward thinking. The firm is 11 years old, has 17 employees, 7 in tax, and 4 CPAs.

It focuses on small business owners typically younger, growing businesses usually under $5M in revenue, and it’s structured to support both clients and the people doing the work.

Busy season does not mean losing your life.

The realistic upper limit is around 55 hours. Not 65. Not 70. And anything over 55 can be banked and taken back as additional PTO.

The work

• Small business and entrepreneurial clients
