Requirements

5+ years strong financial and plant accounting experience required. This role will have you leading a team and acting as a hands-on leader. Large company experience is a must, and only those who thrive in a fast-paced environment will be successful here. Company will consider hiring an Assistant Controller as well for any hot shots who are not quite at this level.
