Pride Staff - Greenville is seeking an experienced, accounting-savvy Temporary Office Manager for a premier professional business client in the Greenville, SC area. In this key administrative leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day office routines while managing core financial tracking for the firm. We are looking for a sharp, dependable professional who can seamlessly handle AR/AP processing in Quick Books, manage office schedules and supplies, and maintain a polished, professional office environment throughout this assignment.
Office Manager Primary
Responsibilities include:
- Financial & Accounting Tasks:
Process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) accurately using Quick Books; assist with invoicing, billing inquiries, and basic financial record-keeping. - Office Operations:
Oversee daily administrative workflows, maintain organized corporate spaces, and manage office vendor relationships. - Software & Documentation:
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to draft communications, build spreadsheets, manage digital calendars, and file electronic records. - Administrative Support:
Assist executive leadership and staff with meeting preparation, travel arrangements, mail processing, and central email management. - Front Desk & Client Relations:
Serve as the professional face of the firm—greeting incoming corporate guests and answering high-volume phone inquiries with a polished demeanor. - Supply & Facility Control:
Monitor and order office supplies as needed to keep operations fully stocked and running without interruption.
Office Manager Requirements include:
- Required Accounting
Experience:
Direct, hands-on experience handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) in a professional office environment. - Software Proficiency
Required:
Proven expertise using Quick Books and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Office Management Background: 2+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or Senior Administrative Coordinator role.
- Professional Demeanor:
Polished verbal and written communication skills suitable for a high-level corporate setting. - Assignment Commitment:
Willingness and availability to commit to a full-time, 2–3 month temporary assignment. - Reliability & Ethics: A dependable professional with high integrity when handling sensitive financial data, alongside an excellent record of attendance and punctuality.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $28.00 Per Hour
