Lot Porter​/Inventory Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Preparation & Lot Organization
• Ensure vehicles are showroom-ready at all times
• Arrange vehicles neatly and consistently across the lot
• Move vehicles safely to accommodate sales, deliveries, and displays

• Track vehicle inventory and ensure accuracy (keys, tags, stock numbers)
• Conduct routine lot and inventory checks
• Report missing, damaged, or misplaced vehicles immediately
• Assist with incoming and outgoing vehicle deliveries

• Maintain cleanliness of the lot and surrounding areas
• Monitor vehicle condition and report mechanical or cosmetic issues
• Assistsales staff with vehicle access and staging
• Follow all safety and dealership procedures

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Previous dealership or automotive experience a plus (not required)

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, andlift upto 50lbs
• Frequent vehicle entry/exit and driving
