As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will play a vital role in our team. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards and ensure customer satisfaction. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Diagnosing and fixing vehicles using your knowledge and skills.
• Building experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conducting thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborating with your team to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently.
• Promoting our commitment to safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicating effectively with the service department regarding customer needs.
• Working together with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.

If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, here’s what you need:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

We want you to be prepared for the physical demands of the job:

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Ability to work in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Willingness to walk or stand for the majority of your workday.
• Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficiency in navigating a computer.
