At Spring Arbor Senior Living
, we’re looking for a Move-In Coordinator who will be the friendly face of our community and a key player on our Sales & Marketing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome residents, families, and visitors with a warm smile
  • Answer phones & direct calls with professionalism
  • Assist with move-ins and coordinate with families to ensure a smooth transition
  • Support sales and marketing efforts — events, tours, outreach & more
  • Maintain accurate databases, leads, and referral contacts
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to keep everything on track
  • Be a team player who’s ready to jump in wherever needed!
