At Spring Arbor Senior Living
, we’re looking for a Move-In Coordinator who will be the friendly face of our community and a key player on our Sales & Marketing team.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome residents, families, and visitors with a warm smile
- Answer phones & direct calls with professionalism
- Assist with move-ins and coordinate with families to ensure a smooth transition
- Support sales and marketing efforts — events, tours, outreach & more
- Maintain accurate databases, leads, and referral contacts
- Work closely with the Sales Director to keep everything on track
- Be a team player who’s ready to jump in wherever needed!

- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or customer service is a plus
