Overview
In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the smooth implementation of our Treasury Management products and services. From initial setup and validation to client transition, you’ll collaborate closely with Treasury Officers to identify and meet individual customer needs.
What You’ll Do- Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with our largest and most complex corporate clients, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Implementation Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of customer solutions, ensuring alignment and clear communication among all stakeholders.
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify and address potential challenges before they affect our clients or internal operations.
- Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Treasury Management Services to provide expert guidance and support.
- Quality Assurance: Consistently meet service level agreements related to implementation tasks and timelines.
- Client Communication: Ensure clear, consistent communication with clients to gather necessary information and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all setup materials and agreements, obtain required signatures, and maintain comprehensive client records.
- Technical Support: Assist clients with hardware and software installation, offering thorough training and ongoing support.
- Client Transition: Serve as a liaison to the TM Support Specialist during initial account analysis and provide backup support when needed.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in banking.
- At least 3 years in customer service, call center, treasury management, or operations.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with technology and computer tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Commitment to compliance and regulatory standards.

Skills:- Experience with Treasury Management products and services.
- Familiarity with banking compliance and regulatory requirements.

- Work Environment: This role is based at our United location within the designated operational footprint.
- Position Type: Full-time position with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs arise.
- Screening: Must pass a criminal background and credit check.
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required, up to 10% of the time, for client meetings, training, or team collaboration.
