Calling all Staffing Sales Leaders — HTI wants you.

HTI is hiring a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth for one of the Southeast’s top staffing and workforce solutions partners
. This role is for a proven staffing industry sales leader who knows how to win new business, grow accounts, and build high-performing sales teams.

• Own staffing sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion
• Drive new business development and expand existing staffing accounts
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performance staffing sales team
• Oversee forecasting, pricing, pipeline management, and go-to-market execution
• Strengthen brand presence through events, partnerships, and community engagement

• 5–10+ years of sales leadership in staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, HR services, or RPO (REQUIRED)
• Proven success meeting Stich not exceeding staffing revenue goals
• Experience leading multi-location or regional sales teams
• Strong negotiation, executive communication, and client relationship skills
• Deep knowledge of staffing sales cycles and pricing models
