We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Business Analyst with a strong background in Property and Casualty (P&C) Commercial Lines Auto, specifically with expertise in Guidewire Claims Center. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our claims processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry standards.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to P&C Personal Lines.
- Utilize Guidewire Claims Center to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to support decision making and strategic planning.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users to enhance their understanding of the Guidewire Claims Center.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) Commercial Lines Auto insurance products.
- Proficiency in Guidewire Claims Center, including configuration and functionality.
- Experience in business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
- Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
