Guidewire Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Business Analyst with a strong background in Property and Casualty (P&C) Commercial Lines Auto, specifically with expertise in Guidewire Claims Center. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our claims processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to P&C Personal Lines.
• Utilize Guidewire Claims Center to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to support decision making and strategic planning.
• Assist in the testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users to enhance their understanding of the Guidewire Claims Center.
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) Commercial Lines Auto insurance products.
• Proficiency in Guidewire Claims Center, including configuration and functionality.
• Experience in business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
• Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or related fields.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
