Construction Project Manager

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a client of ours in the Greenville, SC area recruit for a Project Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity. Must have commercial drywall industry experience.

• Manage and supervise commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to design specifications, contracts, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with estimators, superintendents, and vendors to ensure material coordination and project accuracy
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to maintain profitability and efficiency
• Administer contracts, budgets, materials, and equipment procurement
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders
• Prioritize safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery on every project

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction or a related trade
• Proven track record managing drywall, ceiling, or interior systems projects
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Financially minded with the ability to manage costs and track budgets effectively
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with project management and construction software tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results
