About the RoleWe’re seeking a Construction Project Manager with a proven track record leading large, technically involved construction projects. The role involves full ownership from planning through completion, including scheduling, fabrication coordination, and field execution.
This position is based at the company’s Pickens, SC headquarters and works closely with engineering, fabrication, and installation teams. Minimal travel is required.
What You’ll Do- Oversee all phases of project delivery — from kickoff to final closeout.
- Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy in execution.
- Coordinate with engineers, fabricators, and field teams to maintain schedules and deliverables.
- Manage subcontractors, materials, and logistics for on‑time project completion.
- Track milestones, budgets, and safety standards, ensuring consistent project control.
- Lead progress meetings and maintain organized project documentation.
- Support field teams remotely with technical insight and problem‑solving.
- A solid background in managing construction projects involving structural steel, civil, or industrial work.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Comprehensive understanding of foundations, concrete, grading, and steel fabrication.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, site plans, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision‑making abilities.
- Proficiency with construction documentation and scheduling tools (Procore, Excel, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- OSHA certification preferred; valid driver’s license required.
