New Homebuilder Assistant Superintendent

We are seeking Residential Construction Assistant Superintendents to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the construction of new homes by assisting with daily field operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping keep projects on schedule. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, take pride in their work, and grow within the residential construction industry.

Adams Homes provides hands‑on training and ongoing support to set you up for success.

• Communicate professionally with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and internal team members
• Assist in coordinating and following construction schedules to support timely home completion
• Demonstrate a positive, hands‑on work ethic and willingness to support the team as needed
• Conduct daily job site visits to inspect workmanship, monitor progress, and ensure homes are built according to Adams Homes quality standards

• Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow established processes
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between multiple job sites
• Construction experience preferred but not required
