Reedy Construction Group is a growing commercial and industrial construction manager and general contractor headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina. We provide full design/build services for leading national developers in the southeast and are seeking an entry‑level construction manager/superintendent to learn and grow into senior positions in a fast‑paced environment with a “Work hard, play hard” mentality.

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to obtain reasonable costs.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Supervise on‑site construction, scheduling, and daily reporting to the company and clients; exercise individual judgment within company guidelines.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in construction management or related fields.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Detail‑ and deadline‑oriented.
