** The Position:
*** Assist with project scheduling, coordination, budgets, progress reports, and weekly project schedules.
* Support quantity reporting, cost tracking, labor budgets, and material scheduling.
* Communicate with Construction Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain project updates.
* Assist with material requisitions, project documentation, and general project administration.
* Participate in jobsite visits and observe construction activities, progress, and quality.
* Assist with addressing project delays, weather impacts, and other jobsite challenges.
* Support site safety efforts and participate in owner, subcontractor, and project meetings.
* Assist with quality control and building positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and project team members.
** Requirements:
*** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Self-starter and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
