Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading commercial construction projects of varying size and complexity. The position oversees project safety, LEAN planning and scheduling, cost and quality control, and coordination of subcontractors and craft workers while managing relationships with owners, designers, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects are effectively controlled and executed while maintaining a high level of customer service.

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Ability to work non-traditional hours.

• Commercial construction project management knowledge.
• LEAN construction planning and scheduling.
• Project scheduling and project controls.
• Construction budgeting and cost control.
• Construction quality control.
• Construction safety practices.
• Subcontract and purchase order administration.
• Coordination of subcontractors and craft workers.
• Ability to manage relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Degree concentration in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
