Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee the construction of luxury custom homes in the Greenville market.

• Maintain all required on-site documentation.
• Contract, schedule, and supervise subcontractors.
• Procure materials per project requirements and manage timely delivery.
• Sequence construction activities to optimize quality and meet schedule milestones.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site,
• Prepare and manage draw worksheets as required.
• Utilize the PO system for subcontracts and material purchases, targeting 80% of project expenditures.
• Create and manage Change Orders with supporting documentation to ensure profitability and timely approval.
• Review and process invoices, ensuring compliance with PO terms and balancing progress payments against work performed.
• Adhere to budgets when engaging subcontractors/vendors and assist with financial closeout and allowance reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the VP of Construction to:
• Refine construction specifications and standards.
• Identify recurring design/specification improvements and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Provide feedback on internal processes for efficiency and quality enhancement.

• Proven experience managing luxury custom home projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and building codes.
