In this role, you'll be the friendly voice of our brand, helping customers navigate their shower remodeling journey from first call to final decision. • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Educate prospective customers on Patriot Showers' products and remodeling services
• Schedule in-home consultations and appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call volume and appointment-setting goals
  
  Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with confidence and empathy
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude
• Comfortable working with CRM software and basic computer applications
