Call Center Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Call Center Administrator to support the daily operations of a busy contact center. This role is responsible for managing outbound dialing campaigns, maintaining call lists and schedules, supporting agents and leadership with system issues, handling customer correspondence, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to troubleshoot problems independently while collaborating across multiple teams. Success in this role requires excellent attention to detail, time management, communication skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities.

• Build and maintain outbound dialing campaigns and call schedules
• Monitor campaign performance and resolve operational issues
• Support agents and leadership with day-to-day troubleshooting
• Manage customer correspondence and administrative processes
• Review reports, validate data, and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvements
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams

• Previous call center or contact center experience required
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience supporting operations, reporting, or administrative functions preferred
• Collections industry experience a plus
• Exposure to dialer systems, SQL, or automation tools is helpful but not required
• $47,000-$53,000 base salary + 10 shares of profit-sharing bonus, paid quarterly
