This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect based in Greenville, SC, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The primary responsibilities involve managing architectural projects, including design development, documentation, and overseeing construction to ensure alignment with project goals. The Project Architect will collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver innovative and efficient design solutions. Additional responsibilities include ensuring projects adhere to deadlines, budgets, and high-quality standards aligned with best practices and industry requirements.

• Proficiency in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience with Submittals and Project Management
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Architectural licensure or path to becoming a licensed architect preferred
• Experience in healthcare design is a strong advantage
