* About the Role
* This Vein Physician role is designed for physicians with a background in
* General Surgery or Family Medicine
* who are seeking a predictable, outpatient-focused practice while remaining procedural.
Physicians in this role focus on the diagnosis and treatment of
* chronic venous disease
* in a fully office-based setting. There are
* no inpatient responsibilities, no hospital call, and no nights or weekends*, allowing for a consistent schedule and meaningful improvement in work-life balance.
* Practice Environment
* ● Office-based venous disease practice
● Daytime, weekday schedule with predictable start and end times
● No nights, weekends, or hospital call
● Dedicated venous ultrasound technologists and clinical staff
● Centralized scheduling, authorizations, and operational support
● Strong referral-driven patient volume
● Structured onboarding and procedural training
Prior vein experience is welcome but not required. Allure Medical provides
* structured training, defined procedural workflows, and comprehensive clinical support
* to ensure confidence, efficiency, and long-term success in venous disease care.
This role is ideal for physicians looking to transition into a more sustainable, controllable practice model without sacrificing clinical impact or procedural engagement.
* Key Responsibilities
* ● Diagnose and manage chronic venous disease using evidence-based medical practices
● Perform office-based venous procedures following structured clinical protocols
● Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
● Collaborate with ultrasound technologists and clinical staff to ensure accurate diagnosis and care delivery
● Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and recovery
● Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all clinical and organizational standards
● Participate in structured training and ongoing clinical development
● Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a predictable outpatient setting

* Position Qualifications
* ● MD or DO with completion of residency in General Surgery or Family Medicine
