• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards are met.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.

• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state educational requirements and childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
