general responsibilities
  • mantain the daily operational functions of the records office to include the graduation process and ceremony.
  • manage all areas of registration, enrollment, graduation functions, clear house verifications, and administration training.
  • assist with the national student clear house reports.
  • assist the associated registrar and the registrar in all functions of the office.
  • self‑motivated and excellent communication skills to address all faculty, staff, graduates, students, and the general public.
  • handle all website updates to include the college catalog.
  • train new staff and other departments as required.

minimum qualifications
  • a bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.
preferred qualifications
  • a bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs. Prefer master's degree in higher education administration, leadership, counseling, human resource development or related field plus 5 years progressive work experience. Understand and interpret legislative acts including ferpa, and maintain the strictest level of confidentiality when needed. Ability to multi‑task effectively.
