As our Small Engine Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting Landscapers Supply’s ability to serve our external service customers with high efficiency. Your role is to enable our customers to get their power equipment serviced as quickly as possible and to have a great experience doing so. You will use your expertise to identify the issue with their equipment and develop efficient, effective solutions.

This advanced position requires excellent communication skills as well as strong technical ability.

• Servicing small engines for power equipment
• Providing excellent customer service from intake to release of equipment
• Listening and assessing equipment to determine a repair plan
• Communicating with the manager and other mechanics to ensure all necessary information is available for repairs and service of equipment
• Maintaining shop appearance
• Ensuring security and loss prevention

• Organizational and record‑keeping skills
• Ability to work and communicate with a team
• Ability to multitask, especially during busy season
• Knowledge of power equipment and able to work on small engines

• Ability to lift and handle up to 70 lbs
