RoleJunior Electrical Engineer (Entry-Level). We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Junior Electrical Engineer to join our innovative team in developing next-generation hydrogen fuel cell power systems. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who is passionate about renewable energy and eager to learn.
What You'll DoYou will provide critical support in the design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of our systems.

Our corporate headquarters is in Greenville, SC, just minutes from the Greenville Spartanburg International Airport (GSP).
Responsibilities / Duties- Assist in the creation and modification of electrical schematics, wire harness drawings and bill of materials.
- Prepare documentation for safety and compliance standards (UL, ISO, IEC, etc.).
- Participate in DFMEA activities.
- Participate in design reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and execute testing on components and sub systems using power supplies, electronic/resistive loads, oscilloscopes, multimeters and data acquisition systems.
- Perform troubleshooting of electronic circuitry to determine root cause of electrical failures.
- Prepare and present test data to senior engineers.
- Fabricate harnesses as needed to expedite testing and validation.
- Support PCB design for power electronics and IoT systems.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEET) from an accredited university.
- Hands-on experience
- Co-op / internship experience.
- FSAE, BAJA or other related collegiate competitions / organizations.
- Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscope, power supplies, and other tools to diagnose electrical problems within a complex system.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Self-motivated, problem solver with the ability to work both independently and on teams.
- Interest / familiarity with lithium-ION batteries or Fuel Cell systems.
- Experience with power electronics / design.
- Experience designing for EMI mitigation and EMC compliance testing.
- Familiarity with CAN communication protocols.
- Experience with CAD programs as they relate to electrical design.
