RoleJunior Electrical Engineer (Entry‑Level) – Entry‑level engineer specializing in renewable energy systems, responsible for design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of hydrogen fuel cell power systems.

Greenville, SC – Corporate headquarters minutes from Greenville Spartanburg International Airport (GSP).
Responsibilities / Duties- Assist in the creation and modification of electrical schematics, wire harness drawings and bill of materials.
- Prepare documentation for safety and compliance standards (UL, ISO, IEC, etc.).
- Participate in DFMEA activities.
- Participate in design reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and execute testing on components and sub‑systems using power supplies, electronic/resistive loads, oscilloscopes, multimeters and data‑acquisition systems.
- Perform troubleshooting of electronic circuitry to determine root cause of electrical failures.
- Prepare and present test data to senior engineers.
- Fabricate harnesses as needed to expedite testing and validation.
- Support PCB design for power electronics and IOT systems.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEET) from an accredited university.
- Hands‑on experience:
- Co‑op / internship experience.
- FSAE, BAJA or other related collegiate competitions / organizations.
- Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscope, power supplies, and other tools to diagnose electrical problems within a complex system.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Self‑motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and on teams.
- Interest/familiarity with lithium‑ion batteries, fuel cell systems.
- Experience with power electronics design.
- Experience designing for EMI mitigation and EMC compliance testing.
- Familiarity with CAN communication protocols.
- Experience with CAD programs related to electrical design:
- Altium.
- Solid Works Electrical.
