As a Graduate Engineer II in Land Development
, you will perform entry-level professional engineering work under close supervision, applying standard techniques and procedures to routine tasks.

• Designing specific system components for the overall design effort
• Performing design calculations, preparing equipment or material specifications, and guiding technical support or drafting staff
• Investigating a limited set of variables with supervisory assistance on unusual problems
• Coordinating with internal clients to obtain needed information
• Making basic decisions regarding alternative procedures when information is limited
• Applying prescribed methods to portions of a broader assignment under supervision
• Adjusting and correlating data
• Recognizing discrepancies and following through with related steps

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required
• EIT License required

• 2 years of experience in Land Development
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
