We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in maintenance and reliability engineering. The ideal candidate will hold a CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CRP (Certified Reliability Professional) certification, have hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo for asset management, and possess prior military experience with an active security clearance.

• Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems and components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Utilize Maximo for work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and asset tracking.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical operations in a secure environment.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and compliance records in accordance with industry and government standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• CMRP or CRP certification (mandatory).
• Experience with IBM Maximo for asset and maintenance management.
• Military background with proven ability to work in structured, high-security environments.
• Active security clearance (Secret or higher).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Familiarity with DoD or government facility operations.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems in mission-critical environments.
