From semiconductor plants to state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing and research facilities, you’ll play a key role in delivering world‑class designs for globally recognized clients.

• Perform computer‑aided drafting and design for life safety and security systems in advanced facilities.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit MEP to create and coordinate 3D BIM models with architects and engineers.
• Assist in developing layouts for Fire Alarm Detection Systems, HPM leak detection, Toxic Gas Management Systems, and Security/Intrusion Detection Systems.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards and client requirements, delivering accurate, constructible solutions.

• Proven experience in drafting and BIM design, ideally in life safety systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across disciplines.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of AutoCAD experience.

• 3‑5 years of Revit design experience.
• Knowledge of IFC, IBC, NFPA 70, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, and NFPA 72 Fire Alarm and Signaling Code.
• Knowledge of Fire/Life Safety systems and manufacturer equipment.
• Industrial design experience.
• Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or other drafting technologies certifications.
