Conrac Solutions seeks an Operations Specialist with experience in Maintenance and fueling systems to support our consolidated rental car facilities at the Greenville‑ப்பerburg Airport. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in fueling systems, facility operations, and vendor management, who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant operations across multiple sites.

Our buildings house the sophisticated rental car companies’ operations and include, but are not limited to, car washes, fueling stations, garbage services, water reclaim systems, etc.
Duties- Ensure timely completion of monthly inspections and compliance reports.
Provide gods of technical updates on building systems to support capital improvement planning. - Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring adherence to service agreements and department standards. Address and document any shortfalls, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and update capital improvement plans.
- Coordinate site inspections and monitor conditions across multiple project locations.
- Oversee staff and contractor work, providing feedback, setting expectations, and following up on deficiencies.
- Respond effectively to emergencies or urgent operational issues.
- Maintain expertise in fueling systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; share knowledge with team members.
- Oversee fueling system operations onsite, including tank monitoring, тейеш fuel delivery scheduling, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance of fueling systems and equipment.
- Investigate and resolve fueling system issues, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Associate degree, trade school, or technical certification preferred;
High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant technical experience considered. - Minimum 2 years of related industry experience, preferably with fueling systems.
- Strong knowledge of facility equipment, maintenance programs, and procedures.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and Divisices is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety principles and ability to identify unsafe conditions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills.
