Civil Engineer - Wastewater - Increase

We are seeking an accomplished Civil Engineering Leader specializing in Wastewater Design/Build who is ready to make a significant impact, lead major projects, develop high-performing teams, and drive new business growth.

Compensation:
Up to $220,000
, depending on qualifications and leadership experience.

Locations: Greenville, SC or Gainesville, GA

This is more than a traditional engineering position. It is an opportunity for an experienced wastewater professional to influence strategic decisions, expand client relationships, and help shape the future of a growing engineering practice.

Direct complex wastewater treatment and infrastructure design/build projects.

Lead engineering teams, project execution, budgets, and schedules.

Develop wastewater treatment solutions, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.

Build strong client relationships and win new wastewater engineering projects
.

Drive business development, technical excellence, and operational growth.

Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and market expansion.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or higher.

15+ years of civil engineering experience
, including wastewater projects.

Demonstrated success securing new projects and developing business.

Strong engineering leadership and client relationship skills.

Professional Engineer (PE) license in Georgia or South Carolina, or ability to obtain licensure.

Knowledge of stormwater modeling software, including HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SSA, or ICPR.

An established engineering leader or a senior professional ready for greater executive exposure.
