• Review complex individual tax returns for high net worth individuals and families, developing into a trusted advisor role.
• Collaborate with specialists in International tax, state and local tax, and asset management to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of tax professionals, reviewing work and confirming they have the knowledge, tools, and opportunities they need to excel.

• Perform high-quality reviews of complex tax returns.
• Extensive knowledge of hedge fund and private equity K‑1s.
• Research tax issues to develop effective planning strategies and translate complex data into client‑ready insights and deliverables.
• Build effective long‑term client relationships, understanding unique needs to provide tailored service.
• Continuously update and share technical and best practice knowledge.
• Identify and react to risks and opportunities to improve services and processes.

• bachelor’s degree in Accounting, supported by significant tax or financial planning experience
• CPA license or a licensed Attorney is required
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in professional services or professional tax organization
• Thorough understanding of estate and wealth planning
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust income tax
• Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills, and the confidence to challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds
• Thorough understanding of automated tax processing systems and laws within your area of technical professionalism

• Proven record in high net‑worth tax planning
• Proven record in a professional services environment
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt work style to work with both internal and client team members
